Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic Acid is a natural substance our body produces, designed to moisturise and protect tissues. It is part of the liquid found inside the eyeball, known as the vitreous humour. Due to its ability to absorb large quantities of water, Hyaluronic Acid has the capacity to moisturise the cornea and conjunctiva. Its high viscosity makes tear films over the eye possible, adhering perfectly to the entire surface, helping to reduce friction between the eyelid and cornea. In addition to its moisturising action, Hyaluronic Acid exerts a powerful anti-inflammatory and cicatrizing action.
Distillation
Steam distillation is a water vapour passage technique, which permits the extraction of natural substances from plant tissue. Steam, generated by the boiling of water, passes through the plant material thus making the cell walls more permeable until they eventually break down, releasing the volatile "essences". The process of steam distillation is particularly useful because it keeps the integrity of the natural substances intact, including those that are thermolabile, at temperatures close to boiling point.
IMOpro NATURPHRASIA
IMOpro NATUPHRASIA is a moisturising eye drops with distilled plant water and hyaluronic acid (0.15%) helping to keep the eyes fresh and lubricated. The practical 0.5 ml single-dose vials can be used whenever needed, avoiding any waste. IMOpro NATURPHRASIA is an effective and safe product, free of preservatives, also administrable whilst wearing contact lenses.
Each box contains 10 x 0.5 ml single-dose vials.
