IMO arose from the enlightened entrepreneurial dream of being the first to bring a gentle, natural and side effects free medicine to Italy.
IMO Spa is a pharmaceutical company focused on the production and distribution of Homeopathic Medicines, Medical Devices and Food Supplements, since 1947. Its experience, built up over more than seventy years, has enabled IMO to acquire considerable know-how in refining production and quality control techniques as well as therapeutic solutions. Thus becoming an irreplaceable reference point for health professionals and patients.
We have always been very active in preclinical and clinical research, collaborating with prestigious university research centres, scientific associations and societies. Building on from our experience in Integrated Medicine and Isopathy, IMO has expanded its therapeutic range, embracing functional medicine and nutrition. Thanks to continuous exchanges of ideas with health professionals and collaborating with the best European partners, we have also specialised in trace elements and food supplements specifically designed to restore balance and well-being to the body.
We have been working in health care since 1947, coming up with natural solutions and products designed to meet the needs of health professionals and patients in a sustainable manner.
Research
We pay a lot of attention in selecting raw materials that go into making up our products. We carefully select active ingredients of natural origin, always looking for safe and allergen-free solutions because we believe that well-being should be for everyone. Thanks to a certified method, we research the most appropriate pharmaceutical forms to obtain the best therapeutic benefits.

It is for this reason, we are sponsors of the Robur basketball team, and we donate to FAI (the National Trust for Italy) and the PIME missionary centre (Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions).
